Returns & Exchanges

To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice number from plantnaturals.co, or other proof of purchase directly from Plant Naturals. We encourage but do not compel our retail outlets to provide the same guarantee. If you have purchased your product from a retail location, please address your concerns directly with that retail outlet.  

30-day Satisfaction guarantee offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer, unless in the case of a faulty product.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or other. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the alternative, you may request a ‘store credit’ at plantnaturals.co.

Shipping:
We usually ship within 24 business hours of receiving your order and always within 48 business hours of receiving your order. Please allow for extra time for fulfillment on weekends and Holidays. Transit time from that point is determined by the method of delivery chosen at checkout.

Return Shipping:
We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@plantnaturals.co.

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders over $50.00 are eligible for free U.S. ground shipping.

What is your return policy?

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at info@plantnaturals.co and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

If you would like a refund or exchange on your online order, please be sure to email us within 7 working days of delivery. As long as products are returned in the same condition they were received (tamper seals remain in place and the goods are in a re-sellable condition), we will be happy to refund or exchange. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred. Please email info@plantnaturals.co and we will provide instructions on how to return your goods.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Hemp products containing CBD cannot be shipped cross border.

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

Since we want to ensure you receive your Plant Naturals purchase quickly, we typically pack and ship orders within hours of order placement. For this reason, once an order has processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

What are your typical shipping times?

Non-expedited shipments are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipping date. Shipments are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time) excluding major holidays. All orders, including expedited shipping, received after 11am EST will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day.
