When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then we store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping & Returns FAQs

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders over $50.00 are eligible for free U.S. ground shipping.

What is your return policy?

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at info@plantnaturals.co and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

If you would like a refund or exchange on your online order, please be sure to email us within 7 working days of delivery. As long as products are returned in the same condition they were received (tamper seals remain in place and the goods are in a re-sellable condition), we will be happy to refund or exchange. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred. Please email info@plantnaturals.co and we will provide instructions on how to return your goods.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Hemp products containing CBD cannot be shipped cross border.

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

Since we want to ensure you receive your Plant Naturals purchase quickly, we typically pack and ship orders within hours of order placement. For this reason, once an order has processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

What are your typical shipping times?

Non-expedited shipments are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipping date. Shipments are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time) excluding major holidays. All orders, including expedited shipping, received after 11am EST will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day.
